A building permit request just filed by Live Nation Entertainment could mean the development of a new music venue in Atlanta. The location at 621 North Avenue is currently a vacant multi-tenant building of two stories comprising 11,533 square-feet, and the cost of renovating it comes to $1,187,500. Interior design firm Murphy Meyers is part of the plan, according to the application.
