Cooks & Soldiers is excited to present a special 5-course wine dinner on Tuesday, July 11, featuring wines from Terazze dell’Etna winery in Italy. The dinner will include delicious dishes such as lobster torchon and Iberico pork tenderloin. Winery owner Alessia Bevilacqua will present her delicious pairings, grown in her terraced vineyards at the foothills Sicily’s Mount Etna.
