From the venue:
Two of Nashville’s most inspired singer/songwriters, former Civil Wars guitarist and vocalist John Paul White (pictured above) and the formerly Athens, Georgia-based Lera Lynn, co-headline an evening in Piedmont Park. White is touring to support his second solo outing, 2016’s Beulah, a stripped-down, somber and bittersweet rumination on love lost and honest introspection. White is a sympathetic match for the mood and atmosphere of Lynn’s noir-styled voice and songwriting. Catching this duo’s back-to-back sets, their subtle nuances complimented by the natural sounds of the city and life in the park, makes for an enticing way to spend a Sunday eve.
