Beginner Herbal Medicine Making Workshop

If you’re new to using plant medicine and natural healing methods for you and your family, you’ve probably come across a lot of contradictory information on the internet on how to best prepare your herbal concoctions.

While there is no one definitive way to use plants, there are best practices followed by herbalists across all healing modalities. In my study and use of plants, I’ve come into my own way of making herbal preparations that flows easily into my busy life and works well for my family.

In this workshop I’ll share with you the differences and uses for the 5 beginner herbal preparations: tea, infusion, decoction, tincture and capsule. You’ll learn, step-by-step how to do each preparation; the equipment necessary; herbs appropriate for each; and tips that I’ve learned along the way to make incorporating herbal medicine into my daily life fun and manageable.
