This lecture is all about eating seasonally, caring for the land  and reducing waste. The talk will be lead by Julia Bainbridge, the food editor for Atlanta Magazine, and chefs Steven Satterfield and Jennifer Hill Booker. The two chefs will hang around after the lecture for a book signing.
