From the venue:<br>Southern Art will be hosting an interactive cooking class experience with the restaurant’s chef de cuisine David Bartlet next Thursday, January 18, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Guests are invited to learn how to execute the award-winning Southern Art touch during this intimate cooking presentation of a fresh filled pasta while noshing on complimentary small bites and local brews! Interact with the chef while learning how to make a signature Tortellini pasta comprising of costal shrimp, ricotta Tortellini, smoked cream, rosemary walnuts, espellete pepper and candied kale chips. Each guest will craft 3 personal tortellini to take home along with extra ingredients provided by Southern Art.
