Eat, drink and take action! The Atlanta chapter of Citizens Climate Lobby will help launch the Million Letter March, a campaign to generate a million personal letters asking members of Congress to enact effective legislation to stop climate change. We need to do this because the fossil fuel industry has a powerful grip on Congress, which has failed again to deal with climate change. The only way to save our planet is for all of us to let our voices be heard. Our meeting will include a conference call with 350.org founder Bill McKibben.
