Following a reception, Dr. Bruce Allen, Senior Honorary Consul of the Principality of Liechtenstein to the US, discusses the fin de siècle period of Vienna, Austria, as wonderfully exemplified by the work of the period-bridging and famous Viennese painter, Gustav Klimt.
