The origins of cheese are ancient and uncertain and is even described in ancient text, such as Homer’s The Odyssey. Learn more about the history of cheese, the methods of its production. Tim Gaddis, cheese monger at Star Provisions and Brian McMillian of the Cheese Advocate will conduct a tasting o classic European cheese alongside their American counterparts. Cheese will also be offered for sale.
