Five sites near the Norcross City Hall will stage opportunities for recycling paint, electronics, and documents. In addition, city officials are asking visitors to donate to a canned food drive. Most eco-friendly recycling services are available free, but fees apply for those recycling televisions ($10) and cans of paint ($1-$5.)
