For a memorable New Year’s Eve, Ray’s on the River is hosting a night of dinner and dancing on the pavilion. The riverfront restaurant will have a special menu, five-piece band, champagne toast, party favors and a balloon drop to ring in the new year. Festivities start at 8 p.m. with dinner service at 8:45 p.m. Tickets are $95 per person, and guests have the option of buying a 10 person table for $850. A wine pairing menu is available for an additional $40 per person.
