On March 6, chef Branden Holte is serving up a three-course Angels & Demons dinner featuring Unibroue Brewery. Unibroue’s brand reflects that of the Quebec culture. Inspired by the mid-evil décor of the breweries labels, chef Branden has designed a rustic-inspired feast including items like the Braised Veal Short Rib and Pheasant Diablos.
