Celebrate the 20th Annual High Museum Wine Auction at Valenza on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 with a special Dine Around Dinner. Chef Matt Swickerath has partnered with Cass Winery and J. Richards Vineyards & Winery to create a delectable 5-course menu featuring items such as Pan Roasted Georges Bank Silver Hake (artichoke risotto, morels, leeks, asparagus, crispy pancetta, lemon oil) and Whole Roasted Suckling Pig (Anson Mills creamy polenta, braised rapini, quince mostarda). Each course has been carefully paired with wines from Cass Winery or J. Richards Vineyards.
