From the venue:Across the region, Southern chefs are lovingly preparing lamb raised by dedicated producers. Six Southern chefs will inspire and delight diners as they pay homage to local lamb growers. This dinner is paired with craft beers; however, wine pairings may be available as requested. The dinner will feature lamb from Border Springs Farm, Patrick Springs, VA.
