Cypress is excited to host the June installment of their monthly Beer Geek Brunch series. On Saturday, June 2, 2012, guests are invited to partake in a three-course brunch and beer pairing experience unlike any other. This month, the menu will highlight a mixture of southern food classics with the Cypress Street twist; Citrus-based ingredients, aged vinegars, and syrups from around the world will come together to create unique dishes that resident Beer Geek, Rob Merrick, will pair with select brews.
