The Steakhouse Selection dishes include: Certified Black Angus 6 oz. cut Prime Filet with Caramelized Vidalia Onions, Potato and Fontina Gratin, Dandelion Greens and Béarnaise for $36, 16 oz. cut Tomahawk Ribeye Steak with Creamy Brussels Sprouts, Baby Root Vegetables and Chimichurri Butter for $46 and Tempura Fried Rainbow Trout stuffed with Melted Ramps and Exotic Mushrooms with Fava Bean Succotash and Caviar Remoulade for $36.
