Foraging Dinner with Tama Matsuoka Wong

From the venue:Woodfire Grill is hosting a foraging dinner with Tama Matsuoka Wong, the forager for Daniel, NYC, the renowned restaurant of Daniel Boulud. Woodfire Grillâ€™s Chef de Cuisine E.J. Hodgkinson will forage with Wong to gather ingredients for this dinner. The evening will begin with a reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by a four-course dinner paired with four different wines at 7 p.m. Cost for the dinner is $120 per person and includes a copy of Wongâ€™s book, Foraged Flavor. Reservations are required.
