This month, the knowledgeable staff guides guests through the wines of Central California including Paso Robles, Santa Lucia, Santa Barbara and Monterey. Each wine is paired with tapas specifically matched to the wines by Executive Chef Joe Ahn. The selections change weekly and are rolled out each Wednesday.
