Pastry chef Linkie Marais will demonstrate how to create different looks using innovative techniques and a variety of decorating elements. Practice icing and piping technique on cake boards and full size Styrofoam cakes and work with gum paste and fondant to embellish your creations. Champagne and Lavender cake layers will be pre-baked so more time can be devoted to learning and practicing the icing and decorating techniques.
