Fall Native Plant Sale

Sat., Sept. 24, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. 2016
Cost: Free

From the venue:

Soon Atlantans will be able to exist outdoors for more than a few minutes before melting into puddles. Fall temperatures are on the horizon, and as such, it’s time to start considering all the badass vegetables, herbs, and other plants you might want to grow this season. After all, gardening is kinda just like magic. Meet with master gardeners and Chattahoochee Nature Center’s horticulture staff to learn more about what may work in your yard (or stoop! Potted plants are chill, also) at the Fall Native Plant Sale. The Georgia Native Plant Society (GNPS) and the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District will also have reps on-hand to answer questions and cultivate (get it?) more green thumb knowledge.
