The five course dinner, featuring New Holland Brewery, will be held on January 15 at 7:30 p.m. Guests will enjoy Chef Stephen Welch’s innovative menu featuring, Savory Sweet Potato Cookie, Mock Turtle Soup, Smoked & Fried Blue Foot Mushrooms, Braised Rabbit Ragu and Lemon Torte, Lemon Tart & Lemon Pudding.
