Along with some of Chef Nick McCormic’s dishes, champagne and martini specials are all the hype this Valentine’s Day at Tap.. The drink specials include, ‘Midnight in Paris’: a Gin Martini with pamplemousse rose, hibiscus syrup and fresh lime juice and ‘Room Service’: sparkling wine with strawberry puree and a ginger liqueur.
