What’s your favorite scary movie? OK, scratch that. Who is your favorite horror author, and where can you meet him or her? Well, presented by the Horror Writers Association, the World Horror Convention takes over the Atlanta Marriott Marquis from Thurs.-Sun., May 7-10. The event brings authors, fans, and other industry professionals together for the Bram Stoker Awards Banquet, Professor Morte’s Silver Scream Spookshow, and the 25th anniversary of the WHC Ball. Lest we not forget the lifetime achievement awards being doled out to blood-thirsty scribes Jack Ketchum (The Girl Next Door) and Tanith Lee (Death’s Master).
