Executive chef Martin Pfefferkorn of Polaris is hosting a cooking class to benefit the the Atlanta Community Food Bank. The menu consists of yellow watermelon gazpacho, avocado, cucumber and strawberry salad, sautéed Georgia white shrimp with lobster cream and stone ground grits, and strawberry shortcake. Guests can order tickers through the website or by calling.
