Whiskey and Swine will pair regionally sourced heritage-breed hams with a flight of bourbons selected from Bourbon Bar’s extensive collection every Tuesday for $25. The bourbons and hams come together to create a match made in heaven (well, maybe Kentucky). Domestic country hams and bourbons share a common heritage. While being produced in the same areas and within similar conditions, hams and bourbon exhibit smoky complexity from barrel and barn, natural sweetness from brown sugar and corn, and a mouthfeel that ranges from sharp to creamy.
