Do you burn boiled water? Chef Joanne will teach you intensive and broad techniques for cooking proteins, deboning chicken, and cutting up produce. She'll also show you how to use the right pots, pans, knives, and spatulas to get the job done. By the end of the third class, you'll have worked your way through eight menus featuring dishes like pan fried breaded tilapia, grilled marinated beef kabobs, and deep fried granny smith apple fritters.
