Made up of two concurrent series (one about science, the other about business), the symposium will feature presentations by representatives from various Georgia breweries, including Moon River, Twain’s, Monday Night, Creature Comforts, Red Brick, and Terrapin. Tickets are $130 for the all-day event, and attendees will learn about topics as varied as yeast propagation, maintaining a distribution partnership, hop varieties, and the legal issues of running a brewery. All proceeds go to the Georgia Craft Brewers Guild, who organized the event.
