Each installment of the Fresh Plate cooking demonstration series at the Atlanta Botanical Garden features a different chef from one of Atlanta’s favorite neighborhood restaurants. During the demo, chefs pull back the curtain and show diners how to re-create the signature dishes each chef is known for. This week, join chef Zeb Stevenson of Parish Foods & Goods as he prepares a four-part small plate menu of his signature dishes with wine pairings.
