Chef Robert Phalen welcomes Chef Trey Cioccia of The Farm House and Chocolatier Scott Witherow of Olive & Sinclair Chocolate Co. from Nashville for a weekend full of food and wine. At the dirty south dinner, the team will come together to create a six course meal, plus dessert, featuring salt roasted beets, 18 month ham, smoked sword belly, and Milk chocolate pâté for dessert, amongst many other cuisine choices.
