Chef Calvin is offering a Kaiseki Dinner for parties of four or more people, where reservations must be made in advance by telephone. Kaiseki is a traditional multi-course dinner consisting of entrees of the chef’s choosing, so the guests are unaware of what they will be served. The dinner includes drink pairings of liquor, beer or wine.
