On June 26, Chef Calvin Phan of Poor Calvin’s and Chef Duane Nutter of One Flew South are teaming up for a Southernational Ramen Dinner. The dinner will take place at Poor Calvin’s and will begin at 6 p.m. with two seatings, and will offer guests three different choices of the popular Japanese dish. Chef Phan will serve his Duck Confit Ramen and Chef Nutter will serve his Kentuckyaki Springer Mountain Chicken where each dish will be $17. The chefs will then collaborate for the third ramen dish, Seafood Ramen.
