In this class, Sobban Korean Southern Diner Chefs Jiyeon Lee and Cody Taylor fuse traditional Korean foods with flavors of the Deep South. Learn how to make Bibimbop – an assortment of vegetables over rice, Korean Style Zucchini Pancake with sauce, Bulgogi Ssam – sweet beef with lettuce wrap, and Sujunggwa Iced Tea – traditional Korean cinnamon ginger tea. The evening includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese. 100% of proceeds benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
