From the venue:SOHO will host Nick Sciabica of Sciabicaâ€™s California Olive Oil for a tasting of the familyâ€™s olive oils and a prix fixe dinner with suggested wine pairings created by SOHOâ€™s executive chef, Scott Warren. The Sciabica Family (SunshineInABottle.com) presses olives by variety and season, keeping the varietal separate all the way to the bottle, offering olive oils from delicate & sweet to robust & peppery. All of their olive oils are 100% Extra Virgin California Olive Oil, unrefined and contain no imported oil, chemicals, artificial colorings or preservatives. The familyâ€™s flavored olive oils are made not through heat infusion, but rather by cold-pressing real fruit or herbs with just-harvested olives. The all natural combination results in a truly deliciously fresh flavor. Executive Chef Scott Warren chose the following oils for his menu: Basil Olive Oil and Aceto Balsamico Di Modena; Sevillano Fall Harvest and Lime Olive Oil; Lemon Olive Oil; Rosemary Olive Oil and Garlic Olive Oil.
