Chef Brent Banda and his culinary team offer a menu-antipasti to dessert- all made from tomato recipes. Items include roasted tomato crostata with Parmigiano crust, black pepper and olive oil gelato, speck-wrapped monkfish with grilled peach panzanella, heirloom tomatoes, basil and arugula, and rosemary and green tomato cake.
