On Sept. 18, join Chef Keith of Food 101 for a 5 course Southern Seafood Dinner with drink pairings from bar manager JD Doyle. For $45 per person, guests can indulge in an appetizing dinner of the best seafood the South has to offer. Beginning at 7:00 p.m., dinner attendees will begin the night with a Gulf Oyster Shooter paired with an Orpheus brew. The first course will consist of Georges Bank Scallop paired with Biltmore Estates Sparkling Brut. The following courses will include Sapelo Island Clam Chowder with a Wolf Mountain “Plenitude & much more!"
