Chuy’s perimeter location will launch its annual Green Chile Festival featuring eight chile-inspired dishes as well as cocktails. During the festival, guests visit Chuy’s will have the chance to Instagram their chile dish with the hashtag #Pepperheaven to receive free Chuy’s for a year. The green chile used at Chuy’s is unique and a point of pride for the establishment; they take great care in monitoring their yearly crop and invite guests to do the same with free packets of green chile seeds.
