In collaboration with Le Caveau Fine Wines, Southbound presents a Champagne Dinner with winemaker Angéline Templier, whose family makes J. Lassalle Champagnes. The dinner will also feature two bottles offered for the first time ever in Georgia. Expect courses like braised wild boar shank, polenta, peppedew,and goat cheese, or a carviar tart with smoked trout roe, sturgeon caviar, and herbed cream cheese paired with a bottle from 2005.
