Chef Robert Phalen of One Eared Stag in Inman Park will be hosting Charlie Nelson of Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery for a five-course dinner with cocktail pairings featuring Belle Meade Bourbon. Nelson, visiting from Nashville as a presenter for the Atlanta Food & Wine Festival, will be on hand to tell diners the story of Belle Meade Bourbon which he and his brother are resurrecting from the pre-Prohibition distillery.
