Chef-owners Anne Quatrano and Clifford Harrison are joining forces with the Southern Foodways Alliance (SFA) for “Cena Latina.†The duo will be joined by Abattoir executive chef Hector Santiago, Bacchanalia and Star Provisions pastry chef Carla Tomasko, Anthony Lamas, chef-owner of Seviche in Louisville, Ky., and Taqueria del Sol’s corporate chef Eddie Hernandez. All proceeds go directly to SFA.
