Chef Asha Gomez, owner of the James Beard-nominated Cardamom Hill restaurant, is combining her passion for Southern Indian and Southern American cuisines and bringing it to your table. Chef Gomez will demonstrate three of her favorite dishes, including a spicy fritter version of the southern staple fried green tomatoes, a country captain chicken dish originally from the East India Trade company and a peach and cardamom jam pie, brilliantly blended for a delicious end to your meal.
