This class will take you on an unconventional yoga journey... You will experience yoga not only on the floor, but also in the air, supported by aerial silks and other aerial equipment. There will be both opportunity to challenge and strengthen as well as release and stretch in every class. Beginner to advance students are welcome; no experience needed, as there will be opportunities to make this class what you need for your day.
