Begin the evening with the Kenny Blackmon String Band and tasting plates from White Oak’s Barrel Bar. Guests can taste the flight of three bourbons for $20 or Cuvees and Bruts champagne for $10 per glass. Dinner begins at 9 p.m. for $60 or $80 with wine pairings.
