From the venue:Christmas Eve: lobster bisque with dumplings and cognac cream or wild mushroom manicotti crepes with a fine herbs salad. Roasted duck breast or Certified Angus Beef sliced prime rib, with either a casserole of winter vegetables or sweet potato pie. New Yearâ€™s Eve: lobster risotto featuring seared cod cheek and black truffles or Armagnac foie gras terrine with red wine apple chutney and toasted country bread. Rack of venison with sweet potato gnocchi and crispy brussel sprouts with red and black current sauce or beef wellington with wild mushroom duxelle, black garlic pomme and port wine black truffle sauce.
