Chef Jonathan Beatty of Ecco will show you while demonstrating how to prepare Crudo of Red Snapper with Sicilian Trinity, Fresh Chittara Pasta with sea urchin roe, lump crab and lobster sauce, Salmon Rillette, and Lobster with burrata, winter citrus and preserved tomato. Wine tastings and door prizes are included. 100 percent of proceeds benefit Atlanta Community Food Bank.
