Krombacher and Southern Tier Craft Beer Dinner, 5 Courses 5 Beers. Guest speaker and certified Beer Specialist Joe Herrig will entertain and inform guests on the many aspects of brewing and drinking craft beer. Exectutive Chef Paolo will be featuring dishes from South Tyrol area of Italy, with Bavarian influences from neighboring Austria and Germany. This is a reservation only event, seats will fill quickly.
