Reception begins at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. featuring a special four-course menu with beer pairings from Colorado brewing company New Belgium including Shift Pale Lager, Fat Tire Amber Ale, Ranger IPA, Snow Day Winter Ale, and Imperial Coffee Chocolate Stout.
