Beginner Aerial Fabrics Class I

An in-depth introduction to the aerial fabrics technique. Students will learn to climb the fabrics, and to perform basic locks and wraps around the body. The fabrics will be used as a sling to teach some of the basic technique and then move up as strength and technique builds. You will be able to perform a basic sequence by the end of this four-week session.
