Wednesday January 16, 2013 07:00 PM EST
Cost: Free,

From the venue:

This exhibition presents illustrations by Athos Menaboni from an unpublished children’s book. The story follows the annual migratory journey of a scarlett tanager bird named Pedro, all the way to Mexico from the United States. The drawings border on the surreal and are quite different from what we have come to expect from Menaboni. A “Write-Your-Own” story competition will be held in conjunction with this exhibition; cash prizes will be awarded for winning entries. The exhibition opens as part of the Zuckerman Museum of Art's Gallery Walk on January 17 at 5 p.m. The show will run through May 2.
