The Clarkston Community Center, Global Growers Network and the Refugees Organizing in Action Collaborative are teaming up to host a Food, Agriculture and Wellness Resource Day on February 16th from 12pm-4pm at CCC. The day will include presentations on finding land, marketing local foods, starting your first garden, and a community gardening panel; hands on demonstrations; garden tours to include the edible perennial landscaping and passive rain water harvesting system, food forest and community gardens; and more.
