The Queeriety Variety Show: Pride Month
From the venue:
This month’s edition of the Queeriety Variety Show is our biggest and queerest show of the year! June is Pride Month and we’re going all out to celebrate (Yes, we know Atlanta Pride is in October, but whoever got upset about celebrating twice?). We have the usual drag, improv, standup comedy, and a special live sketch.
Starting at 9:00PM and running until midnight, the DeKalb County Board of Health will be offering free and confidential HIV testing outside The Village Theatre. The Start Talking, Stop HIV campaign will also have an animated GIF photo booth in the lobby, so you can turn you and your friends into a cute little animated GIFs for your Instagram or to shade your group chat. Local LGBTQA+ organizations will be in attendance as well in the lobby to highlight the diversity of the queer Atlanta community.
It’s also the one year anniversary of Queeriety, so double the reason to celebrate! Join us for a night of laughs, fun, and support. The night starts at 9:00PM and the show starts at 11:00PM.
You don’t want to miss it!
